Yup, looks like the sensor or the LC-1 was buggered. My ground goes to ecu ground. Found different scale charts online, tried them since the ones in the instructions didn't match. From what I've read a lot of ppl have this problem with the AEM. I did not check voltage at wideband vs what voltage AFR gauge shows. Mine is a analog version, would be harder to pinpoint a number. After several calls to AEM and some troubleshooting it turns out the AEM 30-4110 gauge is defective. It does not read in ambient air and will not read installed at idle. Now that I am past the Amazon return window I'll have to figure out working with the seller (not sold by Amazon) and see about a warranty repair which is a hassle.

You can cut a hole in the grommet accordingly to help grip all your wires. Run your wires up to the central spot where you gauges will be mounted (Clock pillar, Side Pillar, Etc…).
